 e Val d'Or in Stromberg\, Germany\, and works as c
 onsultant chef at The Gainsborough Hotel in Bath. 
 He has published more than 50 cookbooks and has be
 come a media star through various television shows
  such as 'Lanz kocht!'\, 'Lafer! Lichter! Lecker!'
 \, and 'Die Küchenschlacht'. His gourmet philosoph
 y is based on the very highest demands in terms of
  quality and the search for the best products in o
