He has been a contributor to the IPCC for over 20 years and has regularly appeared in the press and TV to provide climate change expertise. David has agreed to give a talk on his professional career from the forefront of climate research at the Climatic Research Unit, UEA , to working with various governmental, NGOs and commercial organisation in an “Age of Climate Resilience”. Dr Viner is internationally known for his role in climate resilience programmes. He has been GSI Seminar Series “The age of climate resilience” a contributor to the IPCC for over 20 years and has regularly appeared in the media to provide climate change expertise. David will talk on his professional career from the forefront of climate research at the Climatic Research Unit, UEA , to working with various governmental, NGOs and commercial organisations in an “Age of Climate Resilience”. This is othe third seminar in the CIWEM “Inspiring Environmental Behaviour” Seminar Series. The seminar will be broadcast to a number of venues including Anglia Ruskin Cambridge to reduce travel and enable bigger audiences.
