Abstract
In this seminar I will speak about my work with different groups of township youth in post-apartheid South Africa. More specifically, I will reflect on my initial PhD fieldwork on how the learning practices of township youth are mediated by social relations in the multiple spaces in which they attempt to realise their aspirations.
