In this seminar, I will explore the key concepts of leptogenesis and its potential to address two fundamental open questions: the origin of tiny neutrino masses and the observed matter-antimatter asymmetry of the Universe. I will provide an overview of the type-I seesaw mechanism and discuss various scenarios of leptogenesis, spanning energy scales from the low GeV range to as high as 10^12 GeV. Additionally, I will highlight how experimental probes can illuminate these scenarios, offering deeper insights into the fundamental nature of the Universe.
