An AI tool for Dementia.Add to your list(s) Download to your calendar using vCal
If you have a question about this talk, please contact Jack Atkinson. It started as a simple research tool for predicting the progression of possible dementia in a patient. In this talk I will detail how I have tried to bring the tool to the point where it can be used in a clinical setting. I will outline the many problems we encountered, ranging from user interfaces to unknowable installation platforms, outdated Matlab runtimes to pre-WWW image transfer formats. And I will talk about the various solutions that have been brought to bear: Flask, SQL Alchemy, Celery, pynetdicom, and others. Most importantly, I will preach the litany of the container, the dogma of Docker, and the rites of docker-compose.
