Research into sex and gender influences in the clinical neurosciences of autism has advanced substantially in the past decade. This talk aims to highlight key developments and new knowledge in the clinical/health sciences and neurosciences (especially neuroimaging) of autism pertaining to sex and gender, and to identify the many still unresolved questions for future studies.
