This talk looks at the lifespan of a small number of software exploits.
It considers the initial vulnerability, how it is exploited in the real
world , and the motivations of actors involved in launching attacks.
There will be technical examples of SQL Injection, Remote Code Execution
and design-level weaknesses, along with how the use of these affects the
world at large.
