As Director of Policy and Chief of Staff, Ed Whiting plays a leading role in supporting this. He is responsible for influencing policymakers around the world to support Wellcome’s objectives. With his history in public and financial policy, he is well positioned to support priority areas such as preparing for Brexit, antimicrobial resistance, pandemic responses and enabling the uptake of new research into technologies that will have a significant positive impact on health.
