As part of the University of Cambridge Festival of Ideas, The Faraday Institute for Science and Religion presents a public discussion to explore how far science and religion have diverged and whether they are now opposed.
The panel comprises:
- Prof. John Hedley Brooke [until recently Professor of Science and Religion at the University of Oxford]
- Dr. Usama Hasan [Senior Lecturer at Middlesex University and part-time Imam]
- Prof. John Polkinghorne KBE FRS [previously President Queens’ College, Cambridge]
- Prof. Keith Fox [Professor of Biochemistry, Southampton University]
- Chair: Dr Denis Alexander [The Faraday Institute]
