This week seminar will be presented by two Engineering Design Centre (EDC) alumnus, John Stephenson & Tido Eger both of PA Consulting. John will present his insights and thoughts on the benefits of design research to product development based on 15 years experience working on over 100 different product developments spanning a wide range of sectors, including consumer products, medical, automotive and military and process equipment. Tido Eger’s talk focuses on the lessons learned from working for four years in technology consultancy at PA Consulting. He will discuss best-practice in medical device development, advising clients on creating successful development processes and gaining regulatory approval. Tido will try to link some of his insights to topics that were relevant to the EDC in his time there.
