In this talk, I shall describe our recent work on strongly disordered two-dimensional materials [S.-T. Lo et al., arXiv:1409.0087; L.-I. Huang et al., arXiv:1602.08198] and the fractional quantum Hall effect in high-mobility bilayer graphene [G. Dianakov et al., arXiv:1603.00105]. Our new experimental results suggest that two-dimensional materials are interesting systems for probing fascinating physical phenomena.
