If you have a question about this talk, please contact Rengarajan. The aim of the seminar is to present a framework that was defined in order to drive production companies towards implementing value-based Asset Management (AM) contributing to operations excellence. Despite the increasing body of academic literature on AM process and systems, value-based AM is still a concept much more quoted in theory than described in practical terms. A clear understanding within companies about the main elements that are needed to enable it is still required. The presented framework is structured to face this issue in order to pragmatically support production companies to implement value-based AM. This talk is part of the DIAL seminars series.
