If you have a question about this talk, please contact Gabriella Heller. Molecular recognition processes in biology are generally associated with protein structure complementarity, but higher resolution experiments and simulations are now showing how subtle differences in protein dynamics can dramatically alter and/or modulate such mechanisms. I will introduce the computational techniques we have been developing to study large systems accurately by coupling MD and experiments and report about recent findings for the molecular recognition mechanisms in multiple biological pathways.
