BioSoc warmly invites you to a talk by Dr Paula da Fonseca where she presents her exciting work looking at how the fight against malaria has been advanced using cryo-electron microscopy of proteasomes.

By looking into the interactions of proteasomes using various techniques, snapshots of proteins in action can be created. The proteasome can then be a target for the development of new therapeutic drugs specifically for malaria which is a stimulating area of research.

Entry is free for members and £3 for non-members!

This talk is part of the Cambridge University Biological Society series.
