If you have a question about this talk, please contact Postdoc Masterclass. The study of many biological processes relies on the quantitative analysis of biological images. To ensure high accuracy, manual analysis of biological data is still the preferred method. Advances in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) provide a new approach for automating biological data analysis workflows, speeding up the process while maintaining manual-like accuracy. Our speaker Andrea will: • introduce the field of AI, • describe how Deep Learning can be used in the analysis of biological data, and • present an example of AI-based software for automated data analysis: KymoButler This talk is part of the "Life Sciences Masterclass" series.
