The speaker will present for around 30 minutes, followed by the respondent and then a Q&A session with the audience members.

The In Search of ‘Good’ Energy Policy seminars takes place every fortnight during term. There will be a sandwich lunch from 12pm with the seminar starting at 12.30pm in the Atrium of the Alison Richard Building before the seminar begins. If you are unable to attend the talk feel free to drop by for the lunch and meet the speaker. You can also send in your comments and questions to be posed to the speaker in advance. The event is open to all, no registration is required.

The seminar is part of the In Search of ‘Good’ Energy Policy Research Group which focuses on energy policy from an interdisciplinary perspective. What constitutes a ‘good’ policy is conditioned not only by technology and financial factors but also by social norms and values, institutions, geopolitics, public trust and history.
