Abstract
Would you like to know more about how what you eat influences your mental health? Hear about a practical example of local research in this field. The research project ‘ROOTS’ is investigating diet and physical activity as predictors of mental health outcomes in 1200 teenagers in a community setting. This discussion event will also briefly cover nutrition related research and the methods used to find out what people eat. Your questions welcome.
