About the speakers

Paul Lewis helps organisations uncover and shine a light on the things that make them different and special. Before founding Cambridge brand consultancy, lewis andersen, he was Director of Communications at the RSPB , where he led teams responsible for PR, advocacy and fundraising campaigns, creative execution and brand development.

Joss Anderson is a professional executive coach and former HR consultant. A Chartered Fellow of the Institute for Personnel and Development, Joss has consulted on engagement projects with organisations as diverse as BP, Boots and Action on Hearing Loss. She is passionate about helping organisations build high trust, high performance workplaces and now coaches HR leaders and senior management teams to do just that.
