A passionate campaigner on LGBT issues, writer, journalist, literary critic and authority on the literary culture of the late nineteenth and early twentieth century, Alison’s insights on the literature, gender dynamics and sexualities of the First World War period will provide a unique avenue into discussions of remembrance and commemoration, 100 years after the fighting of the Great War.
