For many projects, accessibility issues are encountered during an audit of an already designed and implemented product. Some issues can be fixed with code tweaks, but others require the digital equivalent of ripping out walls and starting over. In this workshop we will step through an accessibility audit and identify issues that can be resolved via code and which require renovation. Then we will use design thinking to brainstorm and prototype different design approaches to resolve accessibility issues and produce accessible and enjoyable user experiences.
