The presentation shall attempt a hard diagnostic of the state of the international economy – in its patterns of innovation, its changing balance between financial an real sectors, and its patterns of growth , with an emphasis on the conditions of European economies. The diagnostic will be followed by a set of policy proposals advocating an ensemble of innovation and environment-friendly, redistributive, expansionary measures.
