A review of some of the key events that have shaped today’s nuclear industry, understanding their effect, and considering some of today’s energy challenges. Identification of the leadership challenges that face us all, the need for the right people, with the right motivation, doing the right things, in the right way. Discussion of how this needs to impact the future leaders in the nuclear industry.
