This Women’s Word event will offer the opportunity to meet four future queens of crime fiction, all of whom have recently published, or are about to publish their first crime novels including: •Kate Rhodes, whose first crime novel, Crossbones Yard, will be published by Mulholland Books in June 2012 • Julia Crouch, author of chilling psychological thriller Cuckoo, published by Headline • Louise Millar, whose suspense novel The Playdate will be published by Pan Macmillan in 2012 • Elizabeth Haynes, whose novel Into the Darkest Corner was published in 2011 and became a hit on Amazon and a word-of-mouth bestseller • Sophie Hannah, crime fiction writer, poet and Fellow Commoner of Lucy Cavendish College, will talk to the four writers about the genre of crime fiction and their work within it. The Price will include a buffet lunch with the authors at Lucy Cavendish College for all attendees.
