The Bride wore black
Truffaut’s first film noir was made preciselly when he was publishing his book-lenght interview of Hitchcock.
Five men make a young bride (Jeanne Moreau) a widow on her wedding day. She takes her revenge.
Although Kill Bill by Quentin Tarantino tells a very similar story, Tarantino has stated that he has never seen the film.
