Mobile technology is a catalyst for economic growth and social development. This is needed more than ever in Afghanistan, a country devastated by decades of conflict, as it undergoes the rebuilding process.

Karim Khoja is the CEO of Roshan, Afghanistan’s largest mobile provider. Mr Khoja will draw on his personal experience in the industry to discuss the role of telecoms in promoting development in a post-conflict environment.
