To pre-register, please email ebbf_cambridge@hotmail.com EBBF -UK presents Michael Winger, author of ‘The Innovation Imperative: Creating a Strategic Future’ and ‘Journey of Ascent’, in presenting an afternoon seminar on creating a healthy work environment and successful partnerships. The afternoon will be broken down into 3 sections; Innovation: the Road to the Future, How to Manage Co-Worker Relationships and Creating a Cambridge Network. Michael’s lifelong commitment to innovation has allowed him to traverse many different arenas in his career. He began his corporate career in Eastman Kodak Company’s marketing organization and in 1998, co-founded NEW DIRECTIONS , N.A., a consulting firm focused on Strategies for Cultural Integration to bring diverse communities together to develop strategic alignment and common purpose for both the public and private sector. Much of Michael’s activities involve executive coaching, strategic planning, change management and technology management. EBBF is a spiritually inspired non-governmental organisation dedicated to bringing ethical values, personal virtues and moral leadership into our workplaces. We are very happy to host Michael in introducing EBBF ’s values to new innovation in Cambridge. This talk is part of the 'Go Far, Go Together' - Creating an Innovation Environment series.
