If you have a question about this talk, please contact Ella Hewitt. We are delighted to invite you to a seminar given by Professor Lynda Gratton, hosted by the Centre for International Human Resource Management, to explore how diverse teams within multinational companies can be built and developed effectively. Drawing on research with 55 teams in a wide range of industries, Professor Gratton will discuss how factors for collaboration such as team size, diversity, long-distance cooperation, and complementary expertise are fostered to solve global business challenges, and how destructive behaviours and climates can be mitigated. The Centre for International Human Resource Management at Judge Business School provides a forum to share and develop understanding of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects by which organizations manage their people.
