Identifying key drivers of item variance in your questionnaire data: an introduction to Confirmatory Factor Analysis

This very brief introduction of basic ideas behind factor analysis aims at showing how dimensionality of measurement tools such as questionnaires or surveys can be investigated. Few easy to understand case studies will be presented using real life datasets and MPlus and LISREL software packages.
