If you have a question about this talk, please contact HoD Secretary, DPMMS. Becoming a parent is a huge life event, it can be difficult and stressful. Open to those who are about to take a period of maternity, adoption or shared parental leave, this workshop will be held in as a small group to encourage personal reflection and discussion with others. This in person workshop will cover concerns and fears about the changes ahead, and the impact they may have on your life and career. We will discuss solutions, how to have effective conversations with those around you, and developing a personal plan going forward. It will be facilitated by a qualified coach who will help individuals navigate their personal change journeys during the transition to parental leave. Links and information on internal policies and resources will also be made available. This talk is part of the CMS Wellbeing series.
