Kate Carreno, Assistant Director at the Fitzwilliam Museum, will give a brief introduction to the Museum, looking at what goes on behind the scenes to keep the building open, care for the collections and make the programme of exhibitions and events happen. Is the Cambridge Collegiate system a bit of a mystery? How did the University and the town exist alongside each other 800 years ago? Come and find out about the University and the town in the past and present at one of our talks. These talks are free and do not require pre booking.
