This talk has been canceled/deleted POSTPONED DUE TO ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS A Microsoft Excel based Visual Basic Application (VBA) interface has been developed to equate tests in conjunction with the use of WINSTEPS which implements the Partial Credit Model (PCM). The interface can be used to create files for running WINSTEPS in batch mode. Output files from WINSTEPS can then be loaded using the interface into an Excel workbook for analysis. A number of equating procedures have been built into the interface to establish common scales. Test characteristic curves (TCCs) for different tests after the equating process can be produced. These TCCs can then be used to establish equivalent expected scores on the different tests. This workshop will use operational test data to demonstrate the various functions provided by the interface. This talk is part of the The Psychometrics Centre series.
