DESCRIPTION:POSTPONED DUE TO ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS\n\nA Microsoft Exc
 el based Visual Basic Application (VBA) interface has been developed to eq
 uate tests in conjunction with the use of WINSTEPS which implements the Pa
 rtial Credit Model (PCM). The interface can be used to create files for ru
 nning WINSTEPS in batch mode. Output files from WINSTEPS can then be loade
 d using the interface into an Excel workbook for analysis. A number of equ
 ating procedures have been built into the interface to establish common sc
 ales. Test characteristic curves (TCCs) for different tests after the equa
 ting process can be produced. These TCCs can then be used to establish equ
 ivalent expected scores on the different tests. This workshop will use ope
 rational test data to demonstrate the various functions provided by the in
 terface.\n\n
