This is the Department’s Annual Equalities and Wellbeing Lecture.
Prof Dawson’s talk will explore the conditions and people in which a genuine commitment to increase diversity and inclusion in the workplace can be realized, and the ways such movement may be inhibited. Consideration will be given to the role of leadership, systems, structures and courage.
