How do we cope with all the emails, texts, WhatsApp messages, requests for information, news articles being sent to us every hour of every day, let alone ensure we are paying appropriate attention to the things that are really important to us, both at work and at home? This 90 minute lively talk will show you how. So many people are now living in a state of overwhelm and chaos. Getting Things Done (or GTD ® for short) offers us another way to live: getting more of the right things done, with less stress. Switching off from work when at home, feeling like we’re winning the game of work and the job of life. This 90-minute lively, interactive, funny talk by GTD coach James Harwood will show you more than a glimpse of this way of living as well as some solid skills you can implement straight away to begin your journey on the path of GTD ® mastery. #cnevents @cambnetwork @gtdintheuk
