Marie Curie fellowships are designed to facilitate life-long training and career development of experienced researchers through awarding individual fellowships. Initial training networks aim to improve career perspectives by strengthening the training and career development of researchers at the European level and to overcome fragmentation of researchers’ qualifications and prospects. Benefits of attendance The course will be of interest both to researchers hoping to apply for individual fellowships and to experienced PIs intending to attract world-class researchers to their teams and to collaborate with other colleagues across Europe on developing research training networks in their field. This session will provide the most up-to-date information on the schemes and a clear understanding of their features. The proposal writing tips will enable researchers to participate successfully and help them to benefit directly from European financial support. There are calls for proposals currently open for these schemes, with deadlines in August/September. The course will be delivered by our European Advisor from the UK Research Office in Brussels. To register, please contact Anna Nerukh (anna.nerukh[at]rsd.cam.ac.uk), stating your name and Department.
