Further detail
Lectures that are either Named Lectures (the Lewis Lecture, the Linnet Lecture, and the RSC lectures are all examples) or formal RIG seminars that are deemed to have an appeal across RIG groups. Ordinarily, each RIG may hold two department-wide lectures per term (typically up to 6 per year), which includes Named Lectures it has organised, and formal RIG Seminars with a department-wide appeal. Department-wide lectures should be scheduled during term time on Mondays and Thursdays (where possible), and there should be no more than one department-wide lecture a week. Department-wide lectures should always be entered on talks.cam. Graduate students are strongly encouraged to attend. If you have a question about this list, please contact: Dr Timothy Dickens; Adam Thorn; Dr Matthew Gaunt; Sharon Connor; Dave Pratt; M Cristina Misuraca; dh473; Jo Lockhart; theory-sec; Lisa Masters; Elzy Robinson; Xani Thorman. If you have a question about a specific talk, click on that talk to find its organiser. 4 upcoming talks and 147 talks in the archive.
