Dr Whitaker will be highlighting some of the intriguing medical conditions that were grossly misunderstood in past times, and the people who were put on show due to suffering these disabilities – today we look back at the science behind the rare conditions such as conjoined twins and gigantism and discuss how and why they occur. A hugely interesting topic for anyone interested in science and medicine. N.B. May contain images which some may find distressing.

Wine and nibbles provided, entry is free for all members, and non-members entry is just £1.
