Speaker: Tallulah Andrews (Hemberg group, Sanger)

Title: Comparing cell-types across datasets and species.

Abstract: Many scRNASeq experiments have been performed using different systems and on different biological material which are thought to represent the same biological system, for instance in vitro organoids are thought to recapitulate cell-types found in real tissue. I consider different approaches to comparing cell-types across different experimental set-ups to for determining when cell-types can be considered equivalent and how to dissect consistent vs divergent biological features.
