In our next meeting we will discuss “Blood pH” – we will start with a short intro and then read and discuss two articles on the subject: 1) “Erythropoiesis: Development and Differentiation” – we will read a couple of paragraphs from this article which will help us understand how red blood cells are formed. 2) “Diet-Induced Low-Grade Metabolic Acidosis and Clinical Outcomes: A Review” – Following interest in blood pH in the last meeting, we will read and discuss this article describing the outcomes of diet-induced blood pH imbalance.
