Come along to join in some mathematical games and find out how using what you know about factors and multiples, combined with some logical thinking, will help you develop winning strategies. In this interactive lecture students will explore and apply numerical concepts to solve mathematical problems in motivating and engaging contexts. About the speaker: Liz Woodham is the Primary Coordinator for the NRICH project (www.nrich.maths.org). Liz was a primary school teacher in north London before joining the NRICH team. Her current role is to assist with the development of primary level materials for the NRICH website and to conduct workshops with maths teachers and pupils.
