The first speaker meeting of the new academic year will be on Thursday, October 12th at 20:45 in the Domus Room at Clare College. The speaker will be Dr. Patrick Cook, President of the Society between 2013-2014, with a talk on the Austro-Hungarian Empire entitled The Last Rites of an Empire, or Four Funerals and a Coronation.
