How to Call for Help

You have determined that someone needs medical help, but where from? Should they go to hospital, or visit their GP? Can they travel by taxi, or does it need an ambulance? Hannah is a 999 call taker for the North West Ambulance service. She will discuss what information to give when making a 999 call.
