RSA CarbonLimited is exploring the idea for personal carbon trading. Conceived as an emissions trading scheme in which individuals become carbon traders, expanding existing schemes to cover all of the UK’s emissions, personal carbon trading could bring about rapid societal shift in favour of a low carbon society as individuals and households make decisions in favour of low carbon living to better manage their carbon footprint. 18 months into the project, CarbonLimited has developed alternative approaches to making this idea a reality and is ready to consult with RSA fellows and the wider public. The CarbonLimited team will be giving you a personal carbon allowance and asking ‘how will you use yours?’

This event is free and open to the public but advance booking is necessary, reserve seats by booking online at www.theRSA.org/events or contact
