If you have a question about this talk, please contact Dr Timothy O'Leary. Jenny Molloy and Jim Haseloff, coordinators of the Biomaker Challenge, will give an informal talk about this fantastic opportunity for members of the Department to participate. The scheme provides a hardware kit and supplementary funding (up to £1000 total value) to prototype a sensor system for a biological system, with the aim of encouraging cross-disciplinary working. They will present examples prototypes that the challenge has inspired and one audience member will win a free Arduino. This talk is part of the Bioengineering series.
