If you have a question about this talk, please contact Betty & Gordon Moore Library. The Moore Library is delighted to introduce Dr Charles Matthews who has joined the team as a temporary ‘Wikimedian in Residence’ . Charles will be working on a project named ‘Wikifactmine’ run by ContentMine Ltd. He will be extracting facts from Open Access literature and using these as a primary resource for informing Wikidata and Wikipedia editors of relevant citation-supported facts. He will be running sessions for librarians and the wider Cambridge Community on Wikipedia, Wikimedia and Wikidata. Charles is keeping a diary of his experiences as the project progresses.
