If you have a question about this talk, please contact enterprisetuesday. Incubating for disruption: collaborative business models This session will offer key take-aways for anyone interested in collaborative business models – when, why and how they can deliver value. More specifically, our speakers will share their experience of how collaboration through incubation can work between an established business and potentially disruptive start-ups. How might this be different for the organisation and for the individual? What kind of mind-set and business culture is required to grasp the opportunities and process the challenges? Our speakers will illustrate how negotiation and the leveraging of networks can lead to mutual benefits without necessarily having a predetermined structure. We will also hear about what it takes to develop a culture that encourages new ideas and provides support. De-risking and increasing capacity can become real possibilities if you work together. What counts in this context may not be the obvious nor is it necessarily predetermined. What does it take to be open to disruption, appreciate the alignments of interest and see the long-term gains? Joining the panel this evening we have Matt Meyer, CEO , Taylor Vinters, plus two companies which we are incubating: Tim Pullan, CEO ThoughtRiver and Zeev Fisher, Founder, Pekama Registration is from 18:00. The lecture starts at 18:30. Networking from 20:00. Refreshments are provided.
