Life is a series of questions. Buddhism offers a guidance to find right solutions, leading us both to worldly success and also to enlightenment. Venerable Samitha will start the session with a short introduction on how to apply Buddhist teachings to break through obstacles. This will be followed by a question and answer session, in which everyone is free to ask any question from Venerable Samitha. You are welcome to bring your questions related to Buddhism, meditation, or any thing in life to find out answers through Buddhist teachings. The event will also include a short guided meditation.

Venerable Akurala Samitha Thero is the head of the Dhamma Nikethanaya Buddhist Centre for Education, Meditation, Psychotherapy and Counselling in Letchworth. He has been a Buddhist monk for 25 years and meditation teacher for over 15 years.
