I will describe how spectroscopic monitoring of the Galactic microquasar SS433 elucidates the mass-loss via its accretion disc, circumbinary disc and jets. I will show how data from the Global Jet Watch observatories shows precession in all these three, and present evidence of how these are changing. I will also present the coupled behaviour of these three modes of mass-loss when the microquasar goes into flare.
