The talk will emphasise on trainings or cultivations of the mind/heart as opposed to practices. It will answer the following questions related to the Buddhist training and practice
  • What’s the difference between practice and training?
  • Why training and train in the first place?
  • Are there any necessary views or beliefs that are required?
  • What are the goals?

The talk is part of a special “Buddhist Talk and Meditation” session beginning at 17:00. The talk will be followed by a discussion and a guided meditation. You are welcome to take part in the whole event or just come for the talk. The full event programme is as follows:
