If you have a question about this talk, please contact Victoria Sleight. In May 2008, Tracey packed up her life in London to cycle 18,000 miles around the world with her boyfriend along for the ride. They encountered humbling hospitality as they pedalled across Europe to India, Southeast Asia to Korea, before catching a boat to Mexico and on to New York, where they cruised back to Britain. They arrived back where they started, on Waterloo Bridge, 804 days later… no planes were involved in the duration of this trip. Tracey will endeavour to give you a light hearted whistle-stop tour of the highs and lows of life as seen from the saddle, with a side order of top tips for budding global riders or armchair dreamers.
